Alumnae Function!!

           Everyone use to have some desires in their life d expecting an opportunity to fulfill them.. Of course i'm one of the Homo sapien who's  having more desires/targets  inside my inward eye d have strong thirst to fulfill/reach/ pluck the success fruits among many tough competitors in my day to day life..

     Anchoring a programme is an art.. In every program/function/event anhors/hosts/RJ/VJ's  r the CENTRALIZED PERSONS/ PROCESSORS.. who can attract people/surroundings  by their slang/confidence/presence of mind. I've participated in most events while my school/college life except host a program.. I was having a strong thirst  to host a programme while my  school/college days..even upto a week before.

     My desire has been fulfilled by the great spirit of God who has created an wonderful opportunity duing last week.. Alumni function  provides an opportunity to revoke our golden memories in one's life. Alumnae Function have been organized by our institution(work place) on 24-09-2011. 

   Though there are many senior professionals there, i got an opportunity to host that function by the suggestion of our higher authority of our institution. Was binded with tight work. Even i'm one of the organizer too.. It was  my priviledge to propose a vote of thanks too..

  Many old students have come d felicitated that function with a chief guest. That was my first time where i got a chance to host.. Did some hard work to achieve.. After that grand occasion got appreciations from many senior professionals.. lovable colleagues. d beloved  students..

    Last but not least Feel great and i express my sincere gratitudes to the ALMIGHTY who's moving my life on HIS OWN WAY.. and d people those who encourages me directly and indirectly.. to felicitate that grand occasion as a big success.. :) :D :P

        Google search engine plays an vital role in my life for the past few years.. If i'm some what  knowledgeable and got my graduation means that pride goes to google too without fail..

  Thanks to Larry Page and Sergey Brin for their dedicated hard work have become fulfilled d all over d world s tasting their fruitful implementation technology.. which integrates all d universal digital libraries too.. i wonder how fast the search  engine works.. d how d crawlers wander all over(trillion..)d webpages and give response for users request.. wikipedia is an another medium which helps to gives detailed infmn. tks to Jimmy Wales... d Chrome browser enticing me every day by its user-friendly nature.. Last but not least tnk to Mark Zukerberg for his excellent creativity which helps me to connect People like u that is the GREAT FACEBOOK!!:) :D :P

"மறு பக்கம் !!"

                                                           

                   காலைப் பொழுது நன்றாக விடிந்து , ஆதவன் கதிர்கள் எங்கும் ஒளி வீசிக் கொண்டிருந்தது. பெற்றோர் வெளியூர் சென்றிருந்தனர். வீட்டில் நான் மட்டும் தனியாக இருந்தேன். வீட்டின் வெளிப்புற சுற்றுச் சுவரை சற்று மேலே உயர்த்திக் கட்டுவதற்கு செங்கல் ஆர்டர் செய்திருந்தோம்.சிறிது நேரத்தில், பக்கத்துக்கு ஊரிலுள்ள ஒரு செங்கல் சூளையிலிருந்து செங்கற்கள் ஏற்றிய லாரி வந்தால் , வேலை முடிந்தவுடன் அவர்களுக்குரிய பணத்தைக் கொடுத்து விடு!" என்று அப்பா போன் செய்து சொன்னார்.

                நானும் லாரி வரும் திசையை நோக்கி , "வழி மேல் விழி வைத்துக் " காத்திருந்தேன். சிறிது நேரத்தில் ஒரு பேரிரைச்சலுடன் ஓர் லாரி வந்து வீட்டின் முன்னால் நின்றது. அதிலிருந்து கீழே இறங்கியவர்களைப் பார்த்தவுடன் , நான் திகைத்து நின்றேன். . காரணம், அவர்கள் அனைவருமே சுமார் இருபது வயதிற்குட்பட்டவர்கள். மற்றும் அடிப்படைக் கல்வியறிவு கூட பெறாதவர்கள் என்பது அவர்களின் பேச்சிலிருந்து தெரிந்தது.

               மூன்று வாலிபர்கள் (சுமார்18 வயது) மற்றும் இரண்டு இளம் பெண்கள் வந்திருந்தனர். அவர்களைப் பார்த்து எனக்கு பரிதாபம் தான் வந்தது. இறைவா!! இவர்கள் , ஒருவேளை கல்வியறிவு பெற்றிருந்தால் இப்படிக் கூலித் தொழிலாளர்களாக இருந்திருக்க மாட்டார்கள். "வறுமையின் கோலம் " அவர்களின் தோற்றம் மற்றும் அவர்கள் அணிந்திருந்த அழுக்கு லுங்கியும், சட்டை இல்லாத மேனியும், மற்றும் பெண்கள் மேனியை மறைக்க அணிந்திருந்த நைந்த அழுக்குப் பாவாடையும்  , மேல் சட்டையும் அவர்களை வெளிச்சம் போட்டுக் காட்டியது.! :(

             அப் பெண்களைப்  பார்த்ததும் என் மனம் வலித்தது.(உண்மையாக) பருவ வயதிலே , வாழ்க்கையின் ரசனையை அனுபவிக்க வேண்டிய சூழலிலே .. இப்படிக் கல் உடைத்து வயிற்றைக் கழுவுவது , அவர்கள் குற்றமா? இல்லை அவர்களை இந்த நிலைக்குத்  தள்ளியிருக்கும் கடவுளின் குற்றமா? அக்கணத்திலே , அவர்களுடன் ஒப்பிடும் பொழுது , நான் இறைவனால் பல மடங்கு ஆசீர்வதிக்கப்பட்டவள் என்றே எனக்குத் தோன்றியது.!!

              என்னைப் பார்த்து அவர்கள், " அக்கா!! இந்தக் கல்ல எல்லாம் எங்கன வைக்க?" என்று கேட்டார்கள். செங்கற்களை , வீட்டின் முன் ஒரு இடத்தில் அடுக்குமாறு சொன்னேன். சொன்ன அடுத்த நிமிடத்தில் அனைவரும் மள மளவென கற்களை அடுக்கத் தொடங்கினர். அவர்களின் நேர்த்தியான வேகத்தைப் பார்த்தால் , அவர்கள் அனைவரும் பல வருடங்களாக அங்கு வேலை செய்திருக்க வேண்டும் என்று தோன்றியது.!!

           எனக்கு சிறிது இரக்க சுபாவம் உண்டு. உடனே வீட்டின் உள்ளே சென்று , காபி போடலாம் என்றால் வீட்டில் பால் இல்லை. வெளியில் சென்று தண்ணி எதாவது வேண்டுமா ? என்று கேட்டேன். "ம்"| என்று பதில் வந்தது. உடனே ஒரு

பெரிய வாட்டர் பாட்டிலில் சுத்திகரிக்கப் பட்ட குடி நீரை கொண்டு சென்று கொடுத்தேன். அவர்களில் ஒருவனே அந்த ஒரு பாட்டில் தண்ணீரையும் குடித்து விட்டான். ஐயகோ!! எவ்வளவு களைத்திருக்கிறான்!! :(

         பிறகு அனைவருக்கும் தண்ணீர் கொடுத்தவுடன் , மறுபடியும் அனைவரும் வேலையில் சற்று மும்மரமாக இருந்தனர். அப்பெண்களைப்  பார்த்து, நான் சற்றே தயக்கத்துடன் , அக்கா! தப்பா நெனச்சுக்காதீங்க !! நான் ஒன்னு கேக்கலாமா? என்றேன்.

         சொல்லுங்கக்கா!! என்றனர் பதிலுக்கு. இல்ல என்கிட்ட சில துணிகள் இருக்கு. உங்களுக்கு தரலாமா? என்றேன். ம்,, குடுங்கக்கா !! என்று அவர்கள் வேலையைப் பார்த்தனர். உடனே வீட்டினுள் சென்று, சில சேலைகள் மற்றும் என்னுடைய உடைகள்  சிலவற்றை எடுத்து ஒரு பை நிறைய அடுக்கினேன்.

         வேலை முடிந்தது.. ! என்ற குரல் வந்தது. உடனே, அவர்களுக்குத் தர வேண்டிய பணம் மற்றும் போகும் வழியில் சாப்பிட சிறிது பழங்கள், ரொட்டிகள், உலர் திராட்சை மற்றும் முந்திரி பருப்புகள்(அவர்களால் சத்துள்ள பழங்களை சாப்பிட முடியாது!! :( > மற்றும் , துணிமணிகளையும் கொடுத்து அனுப்பினேன்.

         அவர்களில் ஒருவன் வண்டியைக் கிளப்ப, அனைவரும் வேலை முடிந்த களைப்பில்   ,  விடை பெற்றனர்...!! 

          அப்பெண்களின் முகத்தில் என்ன ஒரு குழந்தைத்தனம் ...!! அறியாமை இருளிலே மூழ்கி , காலமெல்லாம் செங்கல் சூளையிலே , நெருப்பின் கனலிலே சிக்கி உழல வேண்டுமோ?? அவர்களைப் போன்ற எத்தனை எத்தனை பெண்கள் , சிறுவர்கள் நாட்டிலே வறுமையின் பிடியில் சிக்கித் துன்புறுகின்றனர்  ... வாழ்வின் வசந்தக் காற்றை ஒரு முறையேனும் சுவாசிப்பரா? அவர்கள் அனைவரின் எதிர்காலமும்  கேள்விக் குறியோ ? போன்ற பல கேள்விகள் என்னுள் தோன்றி மறைந்தன ....!!!!

"LIFE!!!!"

                                                                         

            "Teaching is the most satisfactory job on this earth.!!.," I've had heard the above  lines from many professionals. The first thing in teaching is to educate and enhance the students skills to realize   the real life & to tackle d  problems in a positive manner.

                                                  

        Teachers are the great persons one who shapes the minds of one nation. No one can't deny. "During my schooling  & college days all the known's & even the passers-by & the strangers include had asked me that what would you like to become in future? "  My answer was "Let's see what will  happen in maa future?". But To few of  them i had answered that "I'ld like to become a news reader!! ". Still i have that passion inside my heart & mind and expecting an opportunity towards to fulfill my desire.. or at least for an month itself i 'll become !!!                                    

                                      

         While my pg  i was having a strong desire to work in IT boom.. d i attended few on campuses  and off- campus interviews too.... But all my efforts have been wasted & i can still rewind that in an MNC i  got expelled from the last(HR) phase by an interviewer  becoz of  made a mistake in programming..!! :)                                     

      
       After that i had gone to an IT firm interview in chennai. That was the turning point in maa life.. Coz I got disgusted by seeing their attitude & Life style.. The people to whom i had seen there were behaving as an abnormal like " they have fallen down from the sky..!!". The next second i decided that in maa life i will never turn into IT firm or will never take steps into... too.....!! What  a ****!!!                                        

                                                   

     Then i joined in maa pre-research.. While studying itself , have got a chance to work in chennai. In my life's career begins from teaching.. :).., in Chennai..Oh.. What a bloody Chennai which integrates  all  selfish,  money minded people..etc..!!! Ridiculous mongoose are dumping garbages , inadequate cleaning by corp, traffic, unsafe, the "dark" d dirty remark was reported on chennai. Was in the phase that i couldn't survive.. by surrounding those environment.. Even i was in a stage to get rid of from that  monotonous and  lonely life.. Alas!!! 

                                               

      Then i settled down in my home town.. I can even write an autobiography about my attemps of interviews in engineering colleges etc..., I can understand one thing regarding getting job in an educational institutions that either one should have a strong reference or hi-fi qualifications or experiences.., Few of them ONLY considering freshers.. Though i got appreciations from many , they are not trying to give me a chance "to become an EXPERIENCED!!" Myself d the great spirit of GOD knows my perseverance to get a job..!! According to me, getting a job in IT is more easier than getting a job in Teaching..!! 

                                             

      Finally i got down in a safer place to work peacefully. I feel quite happy right now than i was..!! Multi-culture D good salary didn't give me pleasure. I can feel the satisfaction where love and affectionate spread over across a healthy environment. :)                                        

         Most of my friends d relatives use to tell me that they are enjoying their life in  metro cities d i'm wasting my life here. Initially i was having some guilty consciousness regarding my work d so on..                                      

        Nowadays i gave up all my sorrows &  with wholeheartedly can accept the happenings in my life..!! I surrendered  everything under the God's feet..!! I Hope this is the life which has been predicted before my birth..!! :) I BELIEVE!!!

                                         

         

        

          

         

       

        

"காலம் மாறிப் போச்சு!!!"

       

                                                               

        சற்று  முன், என்  நெருங்கிய தோழியிடமிருந்து ஒரு தொலைபேசி அழைப்பு வந்தது. சகல குசல விசாரிப்புகளுக்குப் பின் "என்ன? ஏதேனும் நல்ல செய்தி உண்டா? என்று கேட்டேன். நேற்று அவளைப் பாண்டிசேரியிலிருந்து பெண் பார்க்க, மாப்பிள்ளை மற்றும் அவரது பெற்றோரும் வந்திருந்தார்களாம் (காரைக்குடியிலுள்ள அவளின் வீட்டிற்கு ). 

      மாப்பிள்ளை சென்னையிலுள்ள ஒரு கட்டுமானக்   கம்பெனியில் உதவி மேலாளராகப் பணியாற்றுகிறாராம். பெண்பார்க்கும் படலம் முடிந்து, மணமகன்  வீட்டார் பெண்ணை  எங்களுக்குப் பிடித்திருக்கிறது என்றார்களாம். இவள், தன் தந்தையிடம் "அப்பா நான் மாப்பிள்ளையிடம் "சற்று தனியாகப் பேச வேண்டும்!" என்றாளாம்.

      இதனை, மாப்பிள்ளை வீட்டாரிடம் தெரிவிக்கவே, " மாப்பிள்ளையும் , தோழியும் அருகிலுள்ள ஒரு தனியறைக்குச் சென்று பேசினார்களாம். அப்பொழுது , மணமகன் தோழியிடம் , "அந்தக் காலத்துல எல்லாம் பசங்க தான், பொண்ணக் கூப்பிட்டுப் பேசுவாங்க.!! ஆனா " இப்ப  ட்ரெண்டே மாறிப் போச்சு!! பொண்ணுங்க தான் முதல்ல பசங்களக் கூப்பிட்டுப் பேசுறாங்க !!" என்று  சொன்னாராம். 

         அவள் இதmனைக் கூறியவுடன்.. "நீயா இப்படி?" என்று ஆச்சரியத்துடன் நான் கேட்டதற்கு, என்ன செய்வது ? அவர் எங்கு வேலை செய்கிறார் ? மற்றும்  பிற  விவரங்களைக் கேட்பதற்கு தான் கூப்பிட்டேன் என்று சொன்னாள். மணமகனும், " இது ஒன்னும் தப்பு இல்ல ? இப்பிடித்தான் போல்ட் ஆ இருக்கணும்"! என்று சொன்னாராம். 

       ஒரு வழியாக , ஏதோ நல்லது நடந்தா  சரி என்று கூறிவிட்டு போனை வைத்தேன்.

       அவளுடன்கல்லூரியில் படித்த பழைய நினைவுகளை அசை போட்டுக்கொண்டே , "காலம் மாறிப் போச்சுன்னு சொல்லுவாங்களே அது இது

தானோ?" என்று நினைத்துக் கொண்டேன்.!! 

( ஏனென்றால் எனக்கு அந்த அளவு தைரியம் இல்லை!! ஹி ஹி ஹி )

" EYES & BEAUTY"!!!!!

              Eyes are the most fascinating organ…and is related to vision. It collects about 85% of our knowledge of the outside world through its most intricate and specialized function. 

          Many poets use to praise highly that “eyes are the most beautiful and romantic possession of human beings”. 

         Everybody knows that the very first human interact with each other is through the eyes and the eye contact is considered to be the most silent and subtle way of communication. Hence various adjectives used in the common language say  “eyes speak!!”

        Almost all my known people  use to point me that, “UR EYE’S ARE SAYING SOMETHING!!” … ,,

         Eyes convey love, consent, disapproval, anger, sadness and so on.

          Eyes are the  beautiful possession of human being  and they are the valuable gift from the great spirit of God”!!!

         Moreover man should use these Mirrors of the World for perceiving only Beauty .

         Nowadays most of the youths use to encapsulate their  beauty by wearing COOLERS  as well as for elegant look to attract by the opponents( Young Girl’s,… Or Old Girls(??Lol)

        While wearing coolers(At all times) really they are loosing  one man’s original perspective of beauty.

        Keep your head up, the colors are beautiful.... live beautifully, dream passionately, love completely..........

                    "What is meant by BEAUTY???"

        

           I like beautiful persons. I enjoy being a beautiful Girl/Boy… so long as she/he  is also beautiful inside. The beautiful outward appearance draws me to her/him, making me want to see what she/he is made of Inside. Outer beauty will not hold me to her/him if I find that the inner beauty is not there!!....

            It is also better than a woman/man that is beautiful on the inside and not on the outside. Her/his polar opposite, the ugly woman that is also hateful, is an example of what to avoid.

              True, beauty can be the outward appearance of an inner glow. The joining of the glow of vitality with the building blocks of genetics. Some women/men can be plain and yet beautiful. Others are considered beautiful because of their symmetry, or the graceful flow of their form.    

         Some people ask, Is a beautiful woman/men better than a normal looking woman/man ? Is beautiful better than ugly?????? For them......

"Crazy Things!!"

                 Usually every people use to have crazy upon many things like foods, perfumes, costumes, books, musical storage devices, Ornaments, photography etc,

                 Most of us, at some stage of our lives, have called a friend by a nickname or had one used for us like JACK, JIBARA(What it means?) etc.., 

                A year back, me and my  cousin brother had gone to a studio to took a snap for his passport purpose. While the photographer asked his name. Abruptly, he replied towards him as "JACK"(Actually his name is VENU). The photographer was "astonished!!"  and said to those following him, "I HAVEN'T SEEN ANYONE IN MADURAI WITH SUCH A GREAT NAME!!!(Lolzzzzz)

                Photography is a job for someone it is a passion for some one. And some people really crazy about this. 

              Photography is the life for them. They can 

do anything to take a good shoot.

             Few months back one of my known person 

have gone to china for industrial purpose. There he 

took a picture with a young girl. After showd that 

to his wife, he got beatings.(?)  

                Like so many youths especially INDIAN 

GUYS  would like to take a snap with foreign girls. 

(Why not with INDIAN GIRLS?) Have you ever 

seen an Indian girl did took a snap with a 

foreigner?(Rarely)... CRAZY BOYS...!!!! If they 

did like so that means, THEY ARE IN THE 

MIDSPAN OF THIER LIFE!! (Bachelorette!!)

COLLEGE DAYS - "Funny But Interesting!!!!"

               "The College experience is often thought of us the best year's of the persons life. It's a time to grow, learn and make memories. As the years pass by alumni often wish to reconnect and remember their time on campus!!"

                Each and every one  can  never forget their college memories like Chit chats, bunk the class, nick name to teachers, cultural rehearsals, crush on someone, late night studies, bang their heads together before exams, farewell , assignments, seminars(?), excursions, industrial visits, project reviews ... and so on.

               I had so much fun during my college days especially in maa UG. Generally In colleges the students use to talk with their Comrades by using some CODEWORDS depends upon their departments.

              I belong to CS dept. I used to talk with my fellow students by using code words like "SCRAMBLE, INTRUDER, THIRD PARTY, DEAD LOCK, PING, ERROR, PROCEDURE, SURFING, BYPASS,GARBAGE, SNIPPET, PARADIGMS, EMBED, TOPOLOGY  and so on.,

             In computer laboratory After execution of a program(in C OR C++)  without errors , U will get a message by the compiler that "Your Program is Successfully Completed".Rather if there is any error in your programs then the compiler shows that "Compilation Error": Line 3: Shows some syntax or some other error.

           In the same thing in oracle or SQL if u ll execute a Query in successful manner then u ll get an acknowledgement that "Your procedure is successfully completed".

           I used to wander along with my frds (five star gang) inside the college campus in UG. One of my friend  had gone to fetch some water and came back after a long while. I asked "Is there any error occured?". All laughed. As well as I used these terms whenever she'd gone to To**et.If  It ll take such a long time then i used to ask that "Is there any Error?". Once she comes out instantly then I ll say that "Procedure Successfully Completed!". All used to laugh.. U can also follow these terms both in college as well as at ur workplace. Still now my friends can recall this whenever they use to ping me over phone.

         Remembering my classmates after  few years, my mind was filled with full of rejoice. Today's life is full of commitments and everyone is busy with their work.  But those cherished moments will live forever in our memories. 

        Make ur environment full of fun and joy and have a "PEPPY DAY" ahead!!!!

My Work Experience!!

Hi.. to all maa frds,,

               After a short while now only i thought to post an article. Here i'ld like to share my work experience... 


                Surfing net is my hobby.. Through net i use to read papers and update the happenings in our day to day life. I used to forward my resume to all colleges and schools via net when  I was in my final sem in 2010. I applied to only educational institutions . Why because i have passion on teaching only.. I got job offers from many places like bangalore, chennai, hyderabad..etc. I preferred chennai only to work(The rest of the places are too long from my origin). 

              One fine day I received a ring from Sri Vidhya Acadamy International Residential School in Chennai. I wish  I had gone to attend the interview.  I had been selected  in the interview among with such a tough competitors. Getting job in that school is not easy.. 

              Because when i was working there , they followed only IGCSE(IGCSE, International General Certificate of Secondary Education (UK). 

Before that i had heard about State Board, Matric, ICSE, CBSE. But IGCSE syllbi was new to me. 

             The teaching methods, curriculam, Question Patterns and the credits are entirely different from our syllabus. Only well to do family kids only can pursue their studies there. 

           Because from KG-10TH std all use to pay 2-2.5 lakhs. From 10-12th they use to pay 3LAKHS per annum.. I had never seen this type of schools in

        The students are from all over the world. They all are smart. But quite tough to control at all time. There if u ask to 10th std student that which class 
r u studying na then they will say that I'M in IGCSE "O" LEVEL.

 10th std- IGCSE "O" level

11th std - IGCSE "AS" level

12th std - IGCSE "A" level.

           The students all are following University of cambridge syllabus(london)and  cambridge book editions only. So the teachers should have to update our knowledge with net. Without knowledge and communication of english we can't survive there.  The class rooms are too smart with projectors and labs and colorful cup boards. For Students NO NEED TO CARRY BAGS(For Every student there is a cup-board with key have been allotted). Healthy 

student-teacher ratio is being followed up for every class. 

         All facilities are available inside the campus. like clinic, transport etc. 


They are giving more preferences to extra curricular activities. Like skating, Music Class(violin,vocal, piano,keyboard,tabla),Swimming, horse riding.and
so on. Delicious foods are served to students. The hostel rooms have been furnished with air condition. Separate quarters for teachers with all facilities.

       Often we used to go out to many places to refresh our mind. There no need to write answer page by page. Just within a line or sentence is enough. 


Have to set the question papers with STRONG answer keys. During Teacher's Day celebration i received "THE BEST LAUGHTER" award from my beloved students.

      I worked as an ICT(Information and Communication Technology) Teacher there. Ihandled classes from 7-12th. Per day 7 hrs class.(One free hour). In IGCSE the importance is only for PRACTICALS NOT FOR THEORY. In cambridge syllabi they use to give more priority to practicals.

     Due to my Higher studies i resigned  job there.  Though i had worked for 3 months, i got lot of exposures there.  

     Proud to be a part of SRIVIDHYAN FAMILY. I MISS U ALL . Though u all are physically far away, But mentally u all r always in my thoughts...!!!!
